• Reporting to the Head of Global Field Marketing and Campaigns, you'll execute high-impact programs for strategic accounts. • Define strategic accounts and create aligned marketing plans. • Develop detailed profiles of decision-makers within target accounts for campaign messaging. • Design and deliver multi-channel, highly targeted ABM campaigns with support from Marketing Operations & Automation. • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams for account-specific messaging and sales enablement materials. • Partner with account managers and sales leaders for integrated marketing and performance tracking. • Orchestrate ABM activities across channels and leverage CRM/automation tools, sharing strategies globally.
• 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on ABM or account-focused demand generation. • Proven experience designing and executing ABM campaigns for 1:few or 1:many programs • Strong understanding of buyer personas, account segmentation, and customer journey mapping to inform campaign planning. • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across email, social, content syndication, and paid media, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools (Dynamics 365 Marketing preferred). • Ability to track account engagement, analyse campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize ABM initiatives. • Proven ability to work closely with sales, account managers, and field marketing teams to align marketing programs with business objectives. • Outstanding writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced environment; fluency in English required; additional European languages highly desirable.
