📋 Description

• Manage and upload products in bulk across various ecommerce marketplaces (Walmart, Wayfair, Target, and others) • Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with platform standards • Work with internal teams to gather product information, assets, and pricing • Use Excel/Google Sheets and platform tools for bulk uploads and data updates • Identify and fix listing errors or compliance issues quickly • Track upload progress and maintain organized documentation • Communicate effectively with team members in real-time during EST working hours

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce marketplace management (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with bulk upload templates • High attention to detail and ability to work quickly under tight deadlines • Clear English communication skills, both written and spoken • Ability to follow processes and suggest improvements when needed • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8am to 4pm EST (New York time) • Reliable internet and professional work setup • Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment • Comfortable working quickly and accurately using spreadsheets and bulk-upload tools
