📋 Description

• We are a fast-paced, high-growth eCommerce company seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to help us scale across multiple online platforms. • You will be responsible for loading and managing product listings across marketplaces such as Walmart, Wayfair, Target, and others. • You’ll need to work quickly and accurately using spreadsheets and bulk-upload tools. • The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, fluent in English, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. • Key Responsibilities: Manage and upload products in bulk across various ecommerce marketplaces; Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with platform standards; Work with internal teams to gather product information, assets, and pricing; Use Excel/Google Sheets and platform tools for bulk uploads and data updates; Identify and fix listing errors or compliance issues quickly; Track upload progress and maintain organized documentation; Communicate effectively with team members in real-time during EST working hours • Growth Opportunities: As you show strong performance, you will be given the opportunity to lead others, manage a team, and grow your compensation accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce marketplace management (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with bulk upload templates • High attention to detail and ability to work quickly under tight deadlines • Clear English communication skills, both written and spoken • Ability to follow processes and suggest improvements when needed • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8am to 4pm EST (New York time) • Reliable internet and professional work setup
