📋 Description

• Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects • Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle • Lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities • Oversee the project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation • Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams • Negotiate contract execution and change order management • Help establish and manage project systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience • Education in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted) • Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes) • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders • Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus
