📋 Description

• Lead analytical efforts to drive data informed decision-making across the entire organization • Gather, analyze, and visualize/present technical insurance data • Collaborate with data engineering, insurance product, claims, and finance teams to improve data integrity and automate reporting capabilities • Transform complex insurance data into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Conduct deep-dive data analysis, develop analytical tools, and identify opportunities to enhance business performance and operational effectiveness • Provide ad hoc analytical support and research as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency with SQL (Snowflake, MySQL), Excel • Exposure to or proficiency in modern data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, R) • Familiarity with AnalyticsOps concepts and tools ( Github, CI/CD, DQF, code reviewing, dbt) would be a plus • Property & Casualty insurance data experience • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights • Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization • Navigating a startup environment, fast paced and dealing with uncertainty
