📋 Description

• Value-added sales: You inspire prospects with the rightmart Experience, perform an initial assessment and purposefully sell our legal services. • First point of contact: You handle qualified initial telephone consultations with people seeking advice — without cold calling. • Solution finder: You identify clients’ needs and steer conversations decisively toward a successful sale. • Onboarding pro: You create digital client files and prepare our new clients perfectly for collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Telephone professional: Experience in outbound B2C sales — you enjoy making calls. • Strong closer: You don’t just advise, you sell. You seize opportunities and guide conversations toward closing. • Explainer & advisor: You translate complex, including legal, topics into clear, easy-to-understand language. • Communication ace: A confident manner and excellent German (spoken & written) are a given for you. • Digitally fit: Confident use of CRM systems and Google Workspace or MS Office.
