📋 Description

• Collaborating with business stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals. • Creating and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder needs. • Listening to other teams' feedback and identifying product solutions and/or opportunities for improvement. • Strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress. • Creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood. • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements. • Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies. • Coaching and mentoring other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills. • Acquiring a deep understanding of the product, tracking product metrics to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget. • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development • We’re looking for someone who is: • Proactive, adaptable, and flexible in responding to challenges and changes. • Highly professional • Willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes. • A strong collaborator with excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to find creative solutions. • Committed to continuous improvement and open to experimenting with new approaches to enhance work processes.
