📋 Description

• Design, implement and support enterprise-grade platforms that enable real-time interaction, email, messaging and user productivity, with a focus on scalability and resilience. • Collaborate with team members over various areas of Infrastructure, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior team members. • Lead project-based initiatives by assisting in the design, implementation, and managing solutions that meet project requirements • Ensure systems are compliant with internal and external regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and addressing gaps. • Manage identity and access control ensuring appropriate user permissions and security best practices • Monitor and optimise the performance of collaboration tools to ensure high availability and proactively addressing potential issues • Resolution of incidents and requests within SLA • Support of Major Incidents • Develop Automation to streamline processes, drive efficiencies and enable shift-left strategies. • Create, update and maintain high quality technical documentation and knowledge base articles for wider team use. • Provide weekly activity reporting and operational metrics to management and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of M365 and related collaboration platforms • Knowledge of email security, phishing validation and CSIRT processes • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems • Understanding of Proofpoint and other security technologies • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Customer focused service delivery with a commitment to continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders • Clearance Requirements: BPSS Screening to start SC for role
