📋 Description
• Provide expert direction to Operations Managers, Regional Managers, MFLC Supervisors, and Subcontractor staff for timely processing of assignment-related processes, forms, and administrative requirements • Coordinate rotational and event MFLC assignment processes • Synchronize with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and Subcontractors to ensure MFLCs are fully credentialed and properly documented • Manage daily and weekly regional staffing activities • Guide Operations and Program Management on regional staffing priorities • Serve as liaison for financial, information technology, and travel-related activities
🎯 Requirements
• Requires a BA degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience; 4 additional years’ experience required in lieu of Bachelors • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and OneNote • U.S. Citizenship is required per contract
