📋 Description

• Develop and design data-driven digital marketing strategies for our A and B clients • Lead, coordinate and inspire a team of channel experts • Create a clear vision for our clients and take responsibility for target attainment, growth and profitability • Identify opportunities, spot cross- and upselling potentials, position new services and develop data-driven, scalable growth strategies • Use automation, AI tools and data analytics to optimize processes and scale performance intelligently • Work closely with channel leads, share best practices and drive the further development of standards, automations and AI-based processes • Conduct strategic client conversations as a trusted advisor, co-create innovative approaches and translate marketing objectives into real business impact • Communicate client goals internally, build strong, autonomous teams, reduce complexity and provide orientation and clarity • Combine data, technology and creativity to design holistic success strategies — with courage, leadership and a passion for impact

Broad knowledge across digital marketing — from Search to Display (GDN) and YouTube to Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) — and the ability to orchestrate cross-channel strategies • AI mindset. Enjoy experimenting with new technologies, automation and data-driven optimization • Analytical & creative. Strong numerical skills, an eye for insights and the talent to translate data into clear recommendations and stories • Trusted partner. Confident, bold communication — open, solution-oriented and on equal footing with clients and colleagues • Ownership. Self-responsibility, drive to shape outcomes and a commitment to proactively improve things • Language & background. Very good German and English skills and a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or Business Administration — or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience • Performance mastery. Experience in designing, implementing, managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns — ideally within an agency environment
