📋 Description

• Reports to Marketing Manager and works closely with all members of the Marketing Department • Lead our Internal Communication strategy and transformation • Responsible for planning and executing various ongoing internal communications initiatives and outputs to support the Company • Work closely with Graphic Designer(s) to craft engaging copy for a variety of content types - email campaigns, newsletters, sales collateral, blogs, and more • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative internal communication campaigns • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future communication strategies • Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of Copywriting experience in a corporate environment • 1-3 years of project coordination with cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Journalism • Excellent communications and relationship building skills • Effective organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail • Strong working knowledge of MS Office • Marketing computer software and online applications (Trello, Stripo, CRM tools, Sprinklr, etc.) preferred.
