• Monitor the LeoLabs radar network, detect anomalies, and troubleshoot issues • Perform root cause analysis, trend data, and maintain operational metrics • Develop and maintain operations processes and procedures • Extract and analyze data using Python, SQL, and command-line tools • Support radar hardware and servers, with an understanding of cybersecurity best practices • Contribute to the growth and future direction of the ROC, including automation and tool development • Collaborate with international team members and support flexible operations, including on-call responsibilities
• B.S. or M.S. in a STEM field or equivalent experience • Experienced in a mission control, network operations, or similar operational environment • Strong background in incident management, anomaly response, and escalation • Comfortable documenting and logging operational activities • Skilled at Python and SQL, with experience reading logs and analyzing data • Understanding of RF principles, radar hardware, and operational systems • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment • Experience in software development, cloud computing (AWS), and infrastructure monitoring • Familiarity with Grafana, Datadog, and automation tools like Ansible
