📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of payments initiatives - from planning to launch, ensuring alignment with Leonardo’s goals, timelines, and quality standards. • Partner with product, engineering, finance, and design teams to define scope, remove blockers, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders. • Translate high-level business needs into clear technical requirements for payment gateways, invoicing, and tax workflows. • Coordinate integration work across providers like Braintree, PayPal, Stripe, and Paddle, overseeing QA, test plans, and deployment readiness. • Plan and execute releases for new payments features, ensuring smooth rollouts and operational readiness. • Track project progress, report outcomes, and surface risks, dependencies, or blockers early. • Maintain up-to-date documentation on payment systems, integrations, and processes to ensure alignment across teams. • Foster a high-performing, values-driven squad culture focused on ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing payments, billing, or monetisation projects in a SaaS or product-led company. • Hands-on experience with integrations like Braintree, PayPal, Stripe, or Paddle. • Working knowledge of invoicing, tax handling, and global payment compliance. • Strong organisational and communication skills - you’re comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity. • A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working closely with engineers, product managers, and business teams. • Curiosity about AI and creativity! You don’t need to be an expert, but you’re excited about what’s possible.
