📋 Description
• Share your background, experiences, tools and field perspective to give context and meaning to the topics covered. • Support learners in their skills development with attentive listening, encouragement and constructive expectations. • Deliver your sessions clearly and energetically, whether in-person or remotely, using interactive formats (case studies, role-plays, quizzes, etc.). • Build rapport with the group, foster a trusting dynamic and encourage expression and participation. • Contribute to learners’ success by tracking their progress and challenging them with supportive, constructive feedback.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and/or equivalent open-source tools (Affinity, GIMP, etc.). • Desktop publishing (DTP) skills: layout, photo retouching, vectorization, preparing files for print and web. • Ability to design a complete visual identity (logo, brand guidelines, print & digital adaptations). • Knowledge of typography principles, color theory and visual composition.
