📋 Description

• Promote the company mission and values internally and externally • Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies • Grow and expand company social media presence • Manage and grow multiple Facebook pages and groups • Monitor, analyze, and promote Facebook group engagement activity within the company • Create effective newsletters and manage email marketing • Manage creation of written, graphic, video and illustrative materials • Track analytics and translate them into actionable items • Support recruiting efforts and work collaboratively with all departments • Provide creative content and influencer marketing strategies to showcase the mission

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a marketing specialist, generalist, or similar role • Experience in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok • In-depth knowledge in influencer marketing and trending strategies • Graphics, photo, and video editing experience • Creative content creation experience • Creative email marketing experience (newsletters and email customization) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work M-F, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CT (11:00 pm - 7:00 am PHT) • Must meet required system specifications • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments • Ability to work remotely from the Philippines
