📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • About Us: Level is a fast-moving and fast-growing recruiting and staffing agency that connects work-from-home Filipinos (Virtual Assistants) with clients in the US. • We're hiring a Full-Time System Administrator to manage Proxmox/VMware virtualization, Windows Server and Linux, AD and storage. • Responsibilities: Manage and maintain virtual machines across Proxmox and VMware environments. • Support Windows Server and Linux systems, ensuring uptime, performance, and security. • Administer Active Directory and storage systems. • Handle escalated infrastructure issues and provide timely resolutions. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams, delivering clear and professional communication. • Monitor systems proactively and recommend improvements to enhance stability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator with strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux. • Hands-on experience with Proxmox and VMware virtualization platforms. • Solid understanding of Active Directory, networking, and storage systems. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and collaborative in team environments.
