📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end email communications strategy from top-of-funnel campaigns to customer lifecycle programs • Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to define targeting and personalize campaigns • Manage an email calendar for newsletters, events, webinars, lifecycle journeys, and product launches • Work with Marketing Ops on systems, data, and reporting • Design and implement multi-channel nurture programs tailored to buyer stages and personas • Manage automated workflows, emails, and triggers in HubSpot • Deliver newsletters, event/webinar comms, customer onboarding/feature adoption/renewal/upsell campaigns, and product launch communications • Ensure scalability and consistency using a modular HTML/CSS template system • Develop data-driven segmentation using firmographic, behavioral, and intent data • Integrate product usage data and customer health metrics into targeting strategies • Leverage AI for predictive lead scoring, hyper-personalized content, and automated optimization • Establish A/B and multivariate testing framework and audience/channel-level tests • Collaborate with MOps to build dashboards reporting email performance and funnel metrics • Use insights to optimize nurture programs, segmentation, and engagement • Manage governance and compliance: GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, consent management, subscription preferences, and list hygiene • Ensure accessibility in email communications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years running HubSpot Marketing Hub (Enterprise preferred) • Shown success building end-to-end email communications strategies and high-performing nurture programs • Expertise in segmentation, personalization, and audience management • Experience using AI-driven tools for predictive scoring, personalization, and campaign optimization • Hands-on HTML/CSS for email and landing page optimization • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable insights via dashboards and reporting • Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce, webinar/event tools, and BI platforms • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing • (Nice to have) Familiarity with ABM programs and intent-based targeting • (Nice to have) Experience leading global programs with regional segmentation and localization • (Nice to have) Familiarity with Digital Accessibility
