• Support timely month-end close procedures by preparing and posting general ledger entries • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data • Maintain month-end balance sheet reconciliations • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Assist with tax preparation and filings as well as applicable audits • Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries • Maintain and update billing records and client accounts • Prepare and present regular billing reports to management • Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures • Provide support to the sales department and customers with respect to the completion of required customer forms, requests for information, etc.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of General Ledger experience with customer billing experience • Ability to handle high volume of customer invoices • Preferred knowledgeable on NetSuite (ERP) • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field of study • Highly proficient in MS Excel including pivot tables and X-lookups • Comfortable working independently and owning your work from start to finish • Highly organized, accurate and has strong attention to detail • Fast learner who is self-motivated and makes well-informed decisions • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams • Submit cover letter and resume in English
