📋 Description

• Implement, update and monitor AI governance policies and guidelines aligned with internal and external requirements. • Map, assess and monitor risks related to the use of models and algorithms, such as biases, privacy impacts, security and explainability. • Conduct audit routines, compliance reviews and data quality checks for data used in AI projects. • Advise and support business areas in the responsible adoption of AI solutions, ensuring processes follow established governance practices. • Produce reports, metrics and dashboards to present the state of AI governance. • Organize and deliver awareness activities and training on ethics, compliance and best practices for AI use. • Facilitate communication between technical, legal, compliance teams and other areas, ensuring alignment in decisions involving AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. • Proven experience in data governance, AI governance, compliance, audit or Artificial Intelligence projects. • Knowledge of AI and machine learning fundamentals (models, algorithms, biases). • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and frameworks (LGPD, GDPR, AI ethics frameworks). • Information security and data privacy best practices. • Advanced English. • Clear and assertive communication to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Leadership and influencing skills in governance processes. • Experience in regulated environments (financial, healthcare, telecom). • Experience with AI monitoring platforms (Power Platform, MS Copilot, Microsoft Purview). • Certifications in AI ethics and responsible AI. • Courses and certifications in Artificial Intelligence.
