📋 Description

• Provide technical support to customers, including corrective and preventive maintenance, installations, and equipment qualifications; • Deliver technical training to client teams; • Test new products and standard equipment; • Document and report incidents, following established technical protocols and standards; • Provide relevant information to internal departments (Maintenance, R&D, Production) to prevent recurrence of failures and complaints; • Manage the database of service records, complaints, and customer feedback; • Monitor and control spare parts inventory; • Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness and compliance with the company’s internal policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering; • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of equipment such as encapsulation machines, tablet presses, and fluidized bed systems; • Advanced English (used daily); • Spanish considered a plus; • Availability for frequent travel throughout Latin America.
