• 10+ years designing consumer-facing mobile products (hardware and software, a plus), with experience bridging service design and UI/UX. • A portfolio that demonstrates mastery in both journey orchestration and interface craft from strategy to shipped work. • Experience designing for complex, human-centered ecosystems, ideally involving care, health, or family connection. • Proven ability to prototype and iterate rapidly using AI-enhanced design tools and/or data-driven workflows. • Strong systems thinking and communication skills, able to align cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders. • Collaborative, curious, and optimistic, a designer who sees every challenge as an opportunity to create clarity and meaning.
