📋 Description

• Lead the design, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality, productivity, and performance outcomes across all RCM functions. • Ensure process standardization, compliance with payor requirements, and achievement of key operational metrics. • Supervise a team of RCM auditing coordinators. • Collaborate with Analytics and Training teams to drive a data-driven quality culture. • Establish performance benchmarks and scorecards aligned with departmental KPIs. • Develop and maintain RCM performance dashboards in collaboration with analytics teams. • Ensure adherence to payer, state, and federal billing regulations. • Oversee and direct quality/PI operations to ensure the team supports operational consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of progressive RCM experience, including at least 2 years in quality, auditing, or performance management. • Demonstrated ability to lead others. • Deep knowledge of payer requirements, claim adjudication, and denial management. • Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret trends, build dashboards, and present insights. • Experience with EHR and RCM platforms (e.g., AdvancedMD, AthenaHealth, Waystar, or similar). • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence change across large teams. • Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching skills. • Proven track record with automation/technology deployment in revenue cycle operations preferred. • Reimbursement methodology for BH/MH is a plus (Medicare, Commercial and payers that reimburse a percent of Medicare) • Payer policy experience (telehealth and onsite preferred).
