📋 Description

• Owning complex delivery projects across four fronts: Clients, Banking Partners, Technology Partners, Internal Engineering. • Onboarding multinational companies, aligning requirements, and ensuring smooth go-lives. • Coordinating with institutions like JPMorgan, HSBC, Danske Bank, SEB, Caixa, and others to implement accounts, payments, and rails. • Managing integrations with third-party platforms and providers. • Working closely with our Payment Backend Engineer and delivery team to scope, track, and ship projects. • Driving timelines, aligning stakeholders, and removing blockers to deliver new payment capabilities, integrations, and client implementations on time and at quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, delivery, or client implementation in FinTech, SaaS, or banking. • Proven success coordinating multiple external stakeholders (clients, banks, tech vendors). • Strong understanding of payments (SEPA, SWIFT, virtual accounts, issuing, acquiring, etc.), connections (SFTP, EBICS, APIs etc) and formats (ISO XML Pain001, Pain 002, Camt.53 etc). • Exceptional communication skills: you keep clients confident, banks aligned, and engineers unblocked. • Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects in parallel. • Comfortable with project management practices (Agile, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Notion, etc).
