📋 Description

• Organize kickoff calls with clients to outline the implementation process and manage their expectations. • Ensure client training is delivered throughout the implementation process. • Schedule internal resources to complete project-related tasks, such as hardware installation, initiating clients' billing cycles, or configuring payment processing. • Communicate with clients about implementation status and remind them of upcoming training dates. • Manage a dedicated segment of clients participating in the implementation process. • Provide regular and timely updates to clients based on task completion and the clients' responsibilities during onboarding. • Keep client records up to date in our CRM database and other online tools to reflect updates and project timelines. • Manage the time between deal close and clients' first use of the system. • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the golf industry or a passionate golfer • Experience managing client expectations via phone and email • Experience in resource planning and task assignment in a hands-on execution role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English • Proficiency in English as a working language required • Experience in retail and hospitality — an asset but not required • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce — an asset but not required • Experience with ClickUp or ChurnZero — an asset but not required
