📋 Description

• Design and implementation of the international Amazon strategy for Germany (DE), Spain (ES), France (FR), Italy (IT) and the US • Question existing processes and contribute new ideas and optimization approaches • Develop, maintain and optimize product listings — from content and keywords to A+ Content • Analyze competitors and markets, identify new trends and growth opportunities • Plan, manage and evaluate promotions and deals • Analyze campaign and sales data and derive concrete recommendations for action • Use tools such as Helium 10 and develop their application • Monitor current Amazon trends, platform updates and best practices • Work closely with internal teams such as Content, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service • Regular exchange with external partners, agencies and service providers • Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth processes

🎯 Requirements

• Motivation, initiative and enjoyment in taking on responsibility • Eagerness to learn, quick to grasp connections and able to find solutions to every challenge • Structured, independent and hands-on mentality • Strong communicator who enjoys working with different teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English (C1) • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Some experience or strong interest in e-commerce, ideally with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central • Technical understanding and curiosity for tools, data and automation (e.g., Helium 10)
