📋 Description

• Manage projects from inception to delivery for LILT’s largest enterprise customers • Engage directly with customers to clarify project requirements, ensure all assets are received, and confirm delivery in line with pre-defined SLAs • Own internal and external communication within pre-defined SLAs • Identify risks, potential issues, plan to and mitigate them, and escalate to the Program Leader as appropriate • Define and delegate admin work to PCs Interns • Effectively balance and manage priorities across a variety of task types and customers • Establishes deadlines /ensures deadlines are feasible and completes tasks by said deadlines • Escalates issues or problems in an effective manner, along with proposed solutions • Asks pertinent questions to ensure full comprehension of the task in hand • Strictly follows Production SOPs and best practices. • Ensure projects are managed and delivered in line with Production KPIs (Margin, Quality, On Time Delivery) • Implement new features, efficiencies and initiatives in line with Department and Company goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in managing large-scale complex production for Technology customers • Proven customer-facing experience • Excellent internal communication skills, including fast responsiveness and quick resolution • Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Translation, Linguistics
