📋 Description

• Ensure all engineering teams have a first class development experience via Tooling, Scripts and support • Drive roll out of Docker/Kubernetes across all engineering workstations regardless of o/s • Work with the SRE team and other Architects for workstation and cloud integration • Ensure a comprehensive observability setup is in place • Act as a point of contact for Docker/Containers knowledge • Maintain knowledge base and setup guides • Provide engineering support across all products • Collaborate with Architecture team for product development • Train and support engineering teams • Assist IT manager in device procurement for engineering teams • Support QA teams with additional tooling as needed • Assist engineering team with workstation set up issues • Participate in product scrums • Collaborate on code reviews • Record/scoped Vendor dependencies • Address support escalation issues • Automate processes to help operations and support teams • Participate in post-incident reviews • Improve on-call process for better team burden management • Contribute to knowledge transfer sessions for self-service

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Azure • Proficiency in Docker (cross o/s) • Skilled in Git • Scripting (bash, powershell, etc.) • Familiarity with Terraform • CI/CD management experience • Proficiency in Docker-compose • CLI master • VCS branch management • Automation skills • Observability tools (Grafana/Prometheus/Opentelemetry) • Kubernetes experience
