📋 Description

• Manage customer implementations from kickoff through go-live • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and action items • Coordinate activities across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales • Schedule meetings and keep projects on track • Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution • Coordinate customer onboarding, training, integrations, and go-live readiness • Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates • Support continuous improvement of implementation processes and documentation • Manage customer communications throughout the implementation lifecycle, including project updates, training communications, release announcements, and other customer-facing communications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3–5 years of project management or implementation experience • Experience implementing healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health solutions • Experience working with healthcare organizations, including health systems, provider groups, and health plans, is a plus • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Asana • Ability to travel up to 30%
