📋 Description
• Deliver live instruction virtually on Salesforce Data 360 • Design and facilitate curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, digestible content for learners • Assess learner progress and adapt instruction based on varying skill levels • Provide individualized support, coaching, and feedback to learners • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment • Stay current with Salesforce releases to continuously improve course content • Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company needs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study required • Data 360 Consultant Salesforce certification required • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 • Strong understanding of: Data modeling and data ingestion, Identity resolution, Segmentation and activation, Data governance and privacy basics • Proficient with SQL (can write complex queries without the use of AI) • Experience working with other Salesforce products (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
