📋 Description

• Hiring Fall 2025 bilingual virtual tutors for reading and math to deliver high-quality one-on-one or small-group tutoring nationwide. • Provide individualized K-12 support using Littera's virtual platform and provided curriculum. • Flexible, part-time W-2 tutoring role up to 25 hours per week; supplemental income opportunity. • Paid onboarding and paid training; company covers fingerprinting expenses when required. • Sessions are virtual (1:1–1:3) using provided lesson plans; no lesson planning required. • Tutors must be U.S.-based and conduct sessions from within the United States.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and conduct all tutoring sessions from within the U.S. • Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule at exact times each day. • Specialize in reading and math (or both) and be passionate about helping K-12 students. • Relevant experience empowering K-12 learners is preferred (certified educators, private tutors, school support roles, etc.). • Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM EST (schedules subject to change based on client needs). • Part-time availability up to 25 hours per week (hours not guaranteed). • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Essential equipment: desktop or laptop (Chrome browser), reliable high-speed internet, headset with microphone, and a quiet tutoring space. • Proficiency using online virtual tools and interactive whiteboards. • Consent to and pass a background check; willingness to complete company-paid fingerprinting when required (FL and CA).
