📋 Description

• Execute lifecycle strategy across venue email and SMS programs • Build and manage venue newsletters and automated email journeys • Develop post-purchase communications to drive ancillary sales and upsell opportunities • Support vertical marketing initiatives across Premium, B2C, and F&B programs • Implement segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversion • Monitor and optimize performance across key lifecycle metrics • Maintain QA standards and data accuracy across campaigns • Collaborate with Brand and Social teams to ensure cross-channel alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing • Experience with marketing automation platforms • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Excellent written communication skills
