📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key digital metrics aligned with business objectives. • Utilize data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform product strategy. • Utilize A/B testing to uncover behavioral patterns, optimize user flows, and deliver actionable insights that shape product strategy and roadmap prioritization. • Work closely with engineering partners to establish and govern feature flag frameworks, and data instrumentation standards that support experimentation. • Build strong relationships with product managers, analysts, and technical stakeholders to foster a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous learning. • Partner with analytics and research teams to triangulate quantitative and qualitative insights, enriching our understanding of customer behavior and surfacing new growth opportunities. • Build test variations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS without requiring developer support on every idea​

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate test design, execution, and analysis across web and mobile e-commerce environments. • Working knowledge of feature flag systems and experimentation platforms such as Monetate , Optimizely or similar. • Experience partnering with engineering teams to implement flag-based testing, and scale experimentation infrastructure. • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with large-scale data environments (e.g., Google BigQuery). • Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics , Contentsquare , or other analytics tools to supplement experimentation analysis. • Working knowledge of dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Domo to visualize experiment results and business impact. • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate complex test results into clear, engaging narratives for technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments, balancing statistical rigor with business urgency. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build and automate dynamic models for reporting and forecasting.
