• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital transformation, product innovation, or technology platform leadership • Proven track record of successfully driving enterprise-wide innovation or digital evolution initiatives • Deep knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, automation, conversational platforms, blockchain, integration frameworks and data analytics • Strong business acumen with the ability to link technology investments to business outcomes • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing at the executive level • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills • Experience in design thinking, agile innovation frameworks, or digital labs • Exposure to customer experience strategy and digital product development • Industry certifications in innovation or digital transformation (e.g., Agile, SAFe, TOGAF) are a plus.
