📋 Description

• Conduct data profiling, validation, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure the highest data quality standards. • Plan, develop, monitor, and maintain data migration workflows customized to meet diverse client requirements. • Design migration approaches, develop strategies, and prepare detailed technical documentation. • Build, test, and execute data migration processes using tools such as AWS, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Python, batch scripts, and PostgreSQL. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the migration lifecycle, providing technical assistance as needed. • Perform rigorous testing to ensure migrated data aligns accurately with client specifications. • Document migration projects thoroughly to support ongoing and future initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline migration processes. • Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with meticulous attention to detail. • Maintain continuous communication with clients, from gathering business requirements through to final data transfer oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of practical experience in data migration projects. • At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles is preferred. • 3-4 years of experience working with data using SQL and related tools (e.g., CSV, Excel, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). • Strong object-oriented programming skills. • Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub. • Solid understanding of the data migration lifecycle (Development, QA, Production). • Strong commitment to thorough documentation and organization. • Logical and analytical problem-solving skills. • Ability to independently address complex challenges. • Self-management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex instructions. • Client-focused mindset combined with effective cost management. • Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently. • Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ level). • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
