📋 Description

• Engage in technical discussions regarding infrastructure and platform architecture. • Partner with product and engineering teams to support and streamline feature delivery. • Build, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. • Develop automation solutions to improve reliability and operational efficiency. • Deploy and manage applications — including static frontend apps — in AWS. • Improve tooling, workflows, and overall infrastructure stability across environments. • Collaborate closely with developers and provide operational guidance across teams. • Participate in code reviews and ensure deployment quality, consistency, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles. • Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. • Proven production experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures. • Experience with automation and infrastructure tooling (IaC, scripting, pipelines). • Solid SQL knowledge and familiarity with Postgres or MySQL. • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues, scalability challenges, and performance bottlenecks. • Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting engineers across teams. • Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ level). • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
