📋 Description

• Deliver assigned Service Orders and set up initial customer meetings • Create installation guidelines and perform initial installations • Collect customer data and lead the migration process • Collaborate with staff and vendors to resolve customer challenges • Create and maintain Knowledge base articles • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills • Effectively complete training and maintain knowledge of technological innovations

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in software implementation • Experience setting up Oracle products (ex: P6, Unifier, & BI Publisher) • Project management skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Analytical thinking skills • Good time management • Bachelor's degree preferred • Located within pacific time zone working hours
