📋 Description

• Turn problems into user-centered experiences • Develop solutions grounded in design discoveries and research • Make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data • Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, tests and validations • Facilitate workshops and moderate collaborative activities with stakeholders • Create high-, mid- and low-fidelity interfaces for desktop and mobile platforms • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during digital product development • Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the Design Team's products and services • Apply and promote the use of design tools, methods and best practices • Ensure the quality, consistency and application of the design process • Advocate for design culture and a UX mindset across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Computer Science or related fields • Experience in Design, UX and UI for digital product development • Experience conducting interviews and running tests with users and stakeholders • Knowledge of design systems, style guides and component libraries • Comfortable leading co-creation sessions (Design Thinking, Design Sprint, etc.) • Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, etc.) • Familiar with remote whiteboarding and brainstorming platforms (Miro, Mural, etc.) • Experience working in environments using agile methodologies (Lean UX, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) • Holistic and analytical view of the user–business–technology triad • Experience in metrics-driven and data-informed environments
