📋 Description

• **AI Pipeline Implementation:** Design, develop and maintain robust pipelines that support the data lifecycle used by artificial intelligence models. This includes automating processes that enforce policies and quality, security, traceability and compliance standards required for data ingestion, classification, transformation, monitoring and auditing. Proactively integrate controls into data flows, ensuring transparency, versioning and continuous validation of inputs used in AI, as well as detailed documentation of data steps and flows. • **Governance Policy Implementation:** Develop and apply data governance policies, processes and controls aligned with frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM), ensuring data quality, integrity and security in compliance with internal guidelines and regulations (LGPD and PCI). • **Data and Metadata Catalog:** Enhance and maintain a data catalog and corporate glossary documenting sources, lineage, definitions and data classifications (including sensitive data for the company). Promote standardization of terminology and a common data language across business areas. • **Data Quality and Lineage:** Monitor indicators of data quality, integrity and compliance by establishing continuous validation processes. Deploy data profiling, data lineage and anomaly detection tools to ensure reliable data for AI models. • **Security and Compliance:** Classify data by sensitivity, define access control and data retention rules, ensuring adherence to information security and privacy policies (e.g., LGPD compliance). • **Technical and Operational Alignment:** Coordinate approval flows and management of Data Owners and Data Power Users in each business area, ensuring clear responsibilities for data. • **Data Culture and Training:** Promote a data governance culture across the organization—conduct trainings, communications and engagement activities so all units understand the importance of reliable data. Participate in governance committees and support internal and external audits related to data.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Governance projects, with prior involvement in defining policies and implementing data catalogs; • Experience working on high-complexity projects and with large volumes of data; • Experience implementing usage rules and best practices in AI projects. • **Technical knowledge:** • Proficiency with data catalog and metadata management tools (data catalog); • Familiarity with data quality tools and data lineage concepts; • Knowledge of data architecture (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and Data Lakehouses) to understand information flows; • Knowledge of data formats Parquet and Iceberg; • Experience in AWS environments (DataZone, Lake Formation, Glue, Athena, EMR, MWAA, S3, Lambda, EventBridge, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, among others); • Advanced knowledge of data management practices and concepts (Data Mesh, Data Lake, Medallion); • Experience with code repository management pipelines; • Knowledge of Terraform or other IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools. • **Governance and Compliance:** • Deep knowledge of governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK) and data protection legislation (LGPD); • Ability to translate legal and business requirements into operational governance practices.
