📋 Description

• Partner with the COO and senior leadership to develop and implement financial and operational strategies. • Provide insights and recommendations on budgeting, resource allocation, and organizational performance metrics. • Maintain strong communication with executive leadership on critical financial and administrative issues. • Oversee all financial planning, reporting, and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions. • Direct HR strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits programs. • Oversee IT infrastructure, systems security, and technology strategy to support business operations. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency across Finance, HR, and IT.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance and Administration roles. • Strong knowledge of HR practices and IT systems management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
