• Dedicated point of contact responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships • Act as a trusted advisor to your portfolio of customers • Own the tracking of customer health and proactively engage at-risk customers • Support implementation project management and serve as a technical expert • Ad-hoc knowledge sharing of Risk Cloud best practices • Ongoing account management including status meetings and strategic meetings • Conduct training and provide resources for Power Users and end users • Collaborate cross-functionally with LogicGate teams • Respond to and support power users and customers
• 5+ Years Experience in GRC or Risk Advisory • Becoming an expert on the Risk Cloud platform • Interest in supporting sales and commercial business development efforts • Experience with cybersecurity and/or risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001 • Passion for SaaS applications • Great people skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities at a time • A drive to learn and be curious
