🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years in Product Management • 3–5+ years directly managing PM teams • Strong history of cross-functional leadership • Track record of balancing strategic altitude with hands-on engagement • Excellent communicator and storyteller • Known as a motivating, present leader • Experience shipping LLM powered features • Experience leading Product Management in B2B SaaS companies • Experience in GRC is a plus but not required
