📋 Description

• Manage and optimize the service portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency • Receive and analyze requests for changes to the portfolio • Conduct quarterly reviews of the service portfolio • Keep the service catalog up to date • Develop communication plans to announce portfolio changes • Conduct impact analyses of proposed changes • Coordinate stakeholder workshops • Prepare service performance reports • Deliver training related to the service portfolio • Implement governance and documentation practices • Ensure transparency, quality, and standardization across all changes made

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or another field, plus an MBA or postgraduate qualification in administration, management, data science, or computer science • Five years of experience in quality management, IT process management, or IT governance • ITIL Foundation certification • ISO/IEC 20000 training
