• 7+ years of experience building and operating complex, business-critical backend systems. • Deep expertise in Node.js. • Proven track record of working in the integrations space. • Strong understanding of modern backend building blocks. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Demonstrated mastery of AI-powered development tools and a passion for coaching others in their use.
