📋 Description

• Acquire new business clients from e-commerce (B2C & B2B) and retail through targeted market analysis and personal outreach. • Manage and strategically develop existing customer relationships, build long-term partnerships, and unlock new business opportunities. • Identify customer needs and develop tailored logistics solutions across the supply chain — from warehousing to shipping via our partners. • Present our services and solutions to prospective clients and represent the company at trade shows and industry events for networking and lead generation. • Prepare proposals, pricing calculations, and contracts; conduct negotiations and manage the entire sales process through to closing. • Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and proactively contribute new ideas to further develop our services.

🎯 Requirements

• Eagerness to expand your sales experience—ideally with a background in the logistics, transportation, or service industries. • Understanding of supply chain and fulfillment processes. • Clear communicator who can present complex topics in an understandable way and is persuasive in negotiations. • Ability to identify customer needs, act empathetically, and build trust. • Fluent in German (minimum C1) and ideally also proficient in English. • Relevant vocational training or a degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain management, or sales.
