📋 Description

• Own the product vision and roadmap for BOXED. • Define and own core product metrics including activation, retention, and monetization. • Drive execution, coordinating with Engineering and Design. • Translate customer insights into product strategy. • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a consumer product environment • A track record of driving measurable impact on metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, or monetization • A bias for shipping with strong product judgement. • High empathy for customers. • Comfort operating across multiple product surfaces. • Experience with modern product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Posthog, or similar). • Excellent communication.
