• 2+ years experience in marketing operations, project management, RevOps, marketing tech, analytics, or a similar operations-focused marketing role • Experience with: • - Graphly (dashboards & reporting) • - Keap (automations, CRM, tagging, tracking) • - GA4 (analytics, customer journeys) • - Wicked Reports (tracking & attribution) • - Asana (project management & workflow design) • - Meta + YouTube ad platforms (basic tracking & structure) • - Google Sheets (data, tracking, reporting) • - Slack (internal workflow coordination) • Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Clear, timely, professional communication—written and verbal • Proven ability to build structure and order in fast-paced environments • High reliability, ownership mentality, and comfort working independently • Thrives in a fully remote, fast-paced, high-performance team environment
