📋 Description

• Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy. • Identify target customers and key accounts in focus verticals and create outreach to build multi-stakeholder relationships. • Carry out demonstrations and presentations to open new opportunities for customers. • Carry out frequent visits to customers and sales channels across Latin America, seeking to understand the customer's business (internal and external). • Identify and develop long-term relationships with distribution channels and strategic customers. • Diligently manage the Sales Funnel using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. • Deliver sales activity reports and sales forecasts. • Ability to collect and communicate information regarding market trends, regulatory trends, new application opportunities and new product opportunities from the field to the leadership team. • Personally, or through other company resources, develop the technical depth in product and application knowledge as it applies to all Lovibond Products. • Ability to collaborate and negotiate internally and externally to meet business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience • 5 years of sales/sales management experience • 5 years of experience working in sales or business development • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus) • Availability for international travels • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook) • Outstanding presentation and communication skills • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Zoho, Salesforce or equivalent • Experience with analytical instruments.
