• Participate in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting software applications • Seek innovative solutions to problems and make design and implementation recommendations. • Identify, recommend, and participate in process improvement initiatives. • Apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation. • Collaborate with team members across projects to support departmental and organizational roadmaps. • Plan, test and execute software version upgrade releases. • Manage tasks to meet assigned project dates. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server • Experience in working with a variety of 3rd party SDKs and APIs • Proficiency in frontend development with JavaScript • Experience building, customizing, or integrating features within contact center software platforms is plus • Experience with cloud technology such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is preferred • Experience with React preferred
