📋 Description
• Serve as a strategic partner across all departments • Provide practical legal guidance and own the contracting function end-to-end • Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements • Build scalable legal infrastructure • Ensure compliance as the company expands • Interface with outside counsel • Monitor regulatory developments in healthcare and AI • Support board governance and corporate policy work
🎯 Requirements
• JD from an accredited law school • Active bar membership in at least one US state • 4-7 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on commercial contracts • Experience with SaaS, data licensing, and healthcare-adjacent regulations • Proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving • Ability to communicate clear, actionable guidance • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
