📋 Description
• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the People Team on all aspects of employment law • Provide proactive counsel on employment law compliance • Support internal investigations, policy development, and employment documentation • Provide broad legal support across the business, including regulatory investigations and litigation support • Translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance for business stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10+ years of legal experience • Significant employment law counseling • At least one prior in-house legal role • Law firm background • Experience in high-growth technology companies • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools
